Book Synopsis
One out of three people are affected by vitamin and mineral deficiencies, according to the World Health Organization. I’d say that all people are affected by them, since it hurts us to see our loved ones suffering from constant, chronic pain.
The good news is that you can eat your way out of pain. And better yet, you can do it without a limiting diet and without expensive trips to a nutritionist, doctor or other specialist.

I’ve compiled nutritional data in a unique way that is particularly helpful for nutritionists creating meal plans – I have measured foods by calorie, comparing foods of like kinds. I originally made these charts for myself when I was creating nutritionally complete meal plans for my clients, but then other nutritionists wanted to get in on it, and some of my clients were interested too. Hence, The Ultimate Nutrition Reference was born.

About The Author
Author bio image
Raederle became her own doctor at the age of sixteen when she was in so much pain, so continually, that she swore off of the western medical system. She began studying health in order to heal herself, but her success was so profound that she began a career in helping others at twenty.

Raederle has explored veganism, raw veganism, indigenous dietary choices, blue-zone eating, keto, Ayurveda, herbology, lymphatic massage, the placebo effect, lectins, and more besides. She gives groundbreaking talks on what the most effective diets have in common, and how to avoid common pitfalls on popular diets.

She worked as the chief editor for The Vegetarian Health Institute for five years in her twenties, and meanwhile authored several nutritionally-complete meal plans during this time as well as The Ultimate Nutrition Reference. In her late twenties she published her most popular recipe book: Appliance-Free, 5-Minute, Revitalizing Recipes.

Raederle is a true polymath, with many interests and talents. She loves art in all its forms (from photography to fonts – she’s created everything for her books), as well as gardening, dance, and creating board games. You can find her videos on youtube. Try a web search on Raederle Phoenix.
